INSTALLATION & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT

By purchasing and/or installing GForce-Nosty Pump Adjuster Valves (“the Product”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   You are solely responsible for the installation, use, and performance of the Product on your vehicle. You assume all risks associated with mechanical work, including risks related to the use of improper tools, incorrect installation, or lack of experience.
2. No Liability for Installation or Use
   GForce Racing Technologies LLC, dba GForce Suspension and NOSTY MFG., is not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, vehicle failures, or other consequences that occur during or after installation of the Product, regardless of whether instructions, photos, or videos provided by GForce were reviewed.
3. Shock Removal / Installation Disclaimer
   Instructions provided by GForce relate specifically to the removal of OEM adjusters and installation of the Product. They do not replace OEM service manuals or certified mechanical procedures for suspension removal or installation, which may vary by vehicle. You acknowledge you understand how to properly remove and reinstall shock absorbers per your vehicle-specific OEM guidelines.
4. High-Pressure Safety Requirements
   The Product may involve exposure to high-pressure nitrogen gas and other hazards. You are responsible for using all required personal protective equipment and following correct safety procedures. GForce does not provide or assume responsibility for safety gear or its failure.
5. Independent Mechanical Work
   Any work performed outside GForce’s business premises or supervision is undertaken entirely at your own discretion and responsibility. GForce has no control over your tools, environment, skill level, or installation decisions.
6. Acknowledgement of Responsibility
   By proceeding with this purchase and installation, you confirm that:
   • You have reviewed and understand all instructions available.
   • You accept full responsibility for the installation and condition of your suspension system.
   • You accept all risks associated with modifying or servicing your vehicle.
